SMS, MMS, and WhatsApp

ALMATalk can send and receive SMS/MMS from assigned numbers and can integrate with WhatsApp Business through supported providers.

SMS modes

• AI Mode lets the agent reply using its instructions and knowledge.
• Template Mode uses approved messages with variables such as first name, appointment time, and meeting link.
• Layout plus AI mode fills a branded template with AI-generated content.

WhatsApp notes

• Template messages are required outside the 24-hour customer window.
• Free-form replies are available inside the 24-hour customer window.
• Images, PDFs, audio, and other supported media can be used when enabled.
