Most small business deployments can be configured in hours once the required business information is available. Porting an existing phone number can take longer because carrier verification is involved.

Standard onboarding

• Workspace setup, branding, team access, and initial agent configuration.
• Knowledge-base ingestion from documents, website pages, and Q&A pairs.
• Phone number purchase or porting request.
• Calendar connection, service catalog setup, and test bookings.
• Go-live testing and post-launch tuning.

Porting timeline

• Existing number porting is KYC-compliant and typically takes 5 to 15 business days after required documents are accepted.
